We're searching for a dynamic Occupational Health Clinical Lead to join our client's senior management team in Gloucester. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinical management, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop clinical staff to achieve excellence.
  • Maintain and advance occupational health practices, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices.
  • Manage clinical audit programs, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Experience Required:

  • Registered Occupational Health Specialist Nurse with significant management experience.
  • Proven leadership in Occupational Health.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEQOHS standards and quality accreditation processes.
